Waiting list privacy policy

This policy explains how the AGEMICA waiting list handles information when you sign in, manage your profile, or optionally link a wallet. It applies to this waiting list, rather than other AGEMICA services. For privacy questions, contact gruber@street.app.

Google sign-in and account information

When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture, subject to the information available in your Google profile. Supabase processes this information to authenticate you and maintain your account. Your email and name are used to create your waiting list profile. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. The app requests only basic identity permissions; it does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar.

If you sign in using an email link, we use the email address you provide to authenticate you. Optional profile information includes your display name, X handle, referral note, and choices about what appears publicly.

Optional wallets and the public board

Linking a wallet is optional. If you link one, the app records its address, network, verification time, and AGEMICA balance snapshots to calculate points and standing. Wallet verification uses a signed message; the app does not request your private key. The public board shows a shortened address, rank, points, and participation information. Your name and X handle appear only if you enable those profile settings. Your email address is not shown on the public board. Blockchain activity itself is public.

How information is used and shared

Account information is used to operate the waiting list, authenticate users, maintain profiles, support optional wallet features, respond to support requests, and protect the service. Google provides sign-in, Supabase provides authentication and database services, and Vercel hosts the app. These providers process information needed to deliver their services, including technical request and security logs. A blockchain RPC provider receives wallet addresses when the app checks public balances. Authorized team members may access account information to administer and support the service.

Google user data is not sold or used for advertising or unrelated purposes. Its use and transfer follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud or security incidents.

Retention and your choices

Account and participation records are retained to operate your waiting list account. Technical logs and backups may remain for providers' operational retention periods. You can edit your profile and public visibility settings in your account. To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the waiting list, email gruber@street.app from your account address. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal obligations; public blockchain records cannot be deleted by the app.

You can revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents future Google authorization but does not itself delete your existing waiting list account. Contact us separately if you want that account removed.

Changes

Updates to this policy will appear here with a revised date. Any additional Google permissions or materially different uses of Google data will be disclosed before they are introduced, with consent requested where required.
